How to apply
Four steps to apply, all online
Everything happens on this site, and it works on a phone. There are no paper forms to print or deliver.
Before you start
-
A finished Class 12
Every scholarship asks for a finished Class 12 or a higher qualification. Each one says which.
-
One application a year
You can hold one submitted application in each scholarship year, across all scholarships.
-
Nothing is lost
Your profile and application save as you type, so you can stop and come back.
Step by step
The four steps
-
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up with your name, an email address you check and a password, then open the link we send to confirm it. You can sign in once it is confirmed.
-
Step 2: Complete your profile
Fill in your personal details, your family, your education, your three preferred fields of study and, if you have any, your achievements. Your finished Class 10 and Class 12 results are required. Upload your documents once: every application reuses them, and everything saves as you type.
-
Step 3: Apply to a scholarship
Once your profile is complete, the scholarships list shows which ones are open to you and, for the others, exactly why not. Your profile is pulled into the application: check it, answer anything that scholarship asks in addition, accept the declaration and submit.
-
Step 4: Follow your application
You get a reference number the moment you submit. Your application reads Submitted while the scholarship is open, Under review once it closes, then Selected or Not selected when the office releases the results. If you are selected, we email you and the office contacts you about the next steps.
Step 2 in detail
What your profile asks for

-
3. Education
Your Class 10 and Class 12 with a mark for each subject — the percentage is worked out for you — and any further study.

4. Preference
Your first, second and third choice of field to study.
-
Optional
5. Achievements
Up to three leadership or merit certificates.

Questions and answers
Who can apply?
Any student who has finished Class 12. Every scholarship asks for Class 12 or a higher qualification and says which; once your profile is complete, the scholarships list shows which ones are open to you.
I am still in Class 12. Can I apply?
Not yet — your profile needs your finished Class 12 results, with the marksheet and pass certificate. You can create your account and fill in the rest of your profile now, so you are ready when your results are out.
How is my percentage worked out?
You enter the mark for each subject from your marksheet, and the system works out your Class 10 and Class 12 percentage using the office's rule for your stream. You never type the percentage yourself.
Can I apply on my phone?
Yes. The whole site is built for phones, including uploading documents from your camera.
What happens if my connection drops halfway?
Your profile and your application save as you type. Come back later, sign in, and carry on where you stopped.
Can I apply to more than one scholarship?
You can hold one submitted application in each scholarship year. Choose the scholarship that suits you best — if you withdraw an application while it is open, you can apply to another.
Can I change my application after I submit it?
No — the office considers your application exactly as you submitted it. While the scholarship is still open you can withdraw it, update your profile and apply again. Once it closes, contact the office.
Will I get an email when I submit?
No. Your reference number appears on screen the moment you submit, and stays in My Applications. We email you if you are selected, once the office releases the results.
I applied before and was not selected. Can I apply again?
Yes. You can apply in a later year, with the same account and profile.
Questions about a scholarship?
Applying online opens soon. Until then, the office is glad to help by phone or email.
